Q: Hello Maria! What is the best way to kill sugar cravings? I enjoy eating well and can push myself pretty hard when I exercise, but my downfall is that I seem to crave sweet things almost constantly. Once I get my hands on something sweet, I will gorge myself on huge portions (way past the point of physical fullness). Even then, my body seems to want more and I have to force myself to stop.
