Was there ever a job that you wanted to try, maybe just for a day, or a little longer? I’ve always wanted to try bartending. For my sister’s birthday I got to give one of my "dream jobs" a try, not only by tending to the bar, but also by creating her signature cocktail The Jaded Pear.
When I was younger, wine was usually a means to an end or something I would gulp ungracefully at the dinner table. While I don’t profess to be a sommelier, I’ve certainly increased my interest and love of white, red, or rose from around the world.
