The Dog Blog: Google Takes The Lead – Part 3

So here we arrive at episode three in Google’s web series, Google Takes The Lead, with At The End of My Leash’s host, Brad Pattison. This time, we (or should I say I) learn all about control. It seems I haven’t been taking the lead when it comes to this persistent pooch but luckily, Brad is there to help guide the way.

Of all the moments during filming, this particular exercise was my absolute favourite to participate in. Going over Brad’s consistent method to get Google to follow the leader was so rewarding when she got the hang of it – it was literally like watching a magic trick before my very own eyes. The film crew also mentioned that it was quite amazing how Google, who only minutes earlier in the clip was refusing to follow me, was able to gain the spirit to leap up and over the large cement blocks again and again without hesitation.

It comes down to control, persistence and consistency with her training and not giving up when the going gets tough. I think this was also Google’s fave moment too (she has so much energy, moving and bumping around is right up her alley).

Hope you learn a clever trick or two from this week’s clip!
