How To Get Outfitted For Running Gear

As someone who is new to the sport of running, I found it can be a time consuming daunting task trying to decipher between running belts (or fuel belts), what running shoe I should buy, clothing, running bras, etc.

With our busy schedules, fitting in a workout is sometimes hard enough. Planning to buy the right clothing and shoes can sometimes get overlooked.

So in an effort to make shopping for running gear a little easier I went to The Running Room for the 411 on shoes, gear, clothing and bras. I learned that what you wear on your body while running is as important as the run itself to your overall health and fitness.

Check out my five part video blog series on getting outfitted for running.
