I love the show! Some regard Paul as a tyrant but he is part of the solution for so many of these people. If I lived in Toronto and had a large cash flow I would hire Paul as my personal trainer. He is knowledgeable and not as cold hearted as he seems. I would really like the breakdown of meals that he recommended to Jennifer.

I have been completly inspired by Jeremy from Vancouver. His attitude on life and the way he lives is very similar to myself...and I honestly didn't think a show on weight loss would do anything more than upset me. After I watched the show I was energized and have been ever since. Jeremy shows you can still enjoy life and be who you are without loseing the little things! And this means the world to me!

I have enjoyed the programme to date, having an interest in nutrician and weight loss. It would be intersting to know if X Weighted could be done here in England by Paul and his team as I think it would be very interesting. X Weighted is one of the best programmes that I have seen in a long time that I don't want to miss any of the episodes. If I was over weight by 401b I would want to be supported by Paul and his team. Thanks for a Great Programme.

As a member of the evil 'circuit training' gym, I disagree with Paul's disdain for them. Using the hydraulics on the machines means you will literally get out of them what you put into them (i.e. force and speed = resistance and effectiveness). They will not do much to improve your endurance, but if you do it correctly it is indeed a 30 minute aerobic activity that builds strength and tones the body, and 23 pounds later, it works for me.
With my (and Valencia's) busy schedule and my very short attention span, I find that I have more time for a variety filled workout that lasts a limited time than a 1 hour session of the same-old/ same-old. I figure that I can sit on the couch for half an hour thinking of reasons NOT to work out, or I can get in my car, get it over with and feel better. Just my thoughts.

I absolutely love the show. I have struggled with weight my whole life and just had a baby and can't seem to get motivated to lose the weight. I love the way Paul is, straight to the point, no more excuses. That is exactly what I need someone to push me like that.Paul rocks.

Angela you said it...Paul rocks! I love the show and Pauls approach...the simple truth. The only way to get healthy & fit is to eat right and move! There is no secret to it.

I love your show. It is hard to get motivated to lose weight. I use to be a fitness instructor at a circuit gym, I found once I lost 10 pounds it didn't really work. Feeling frustrated was one reason why I quit my job there. I need to lose about 70 pounds as I am 5' tall and 210pounds. How do you start? My husband is also overweight by a good 50 pounds and we influence each other in all the wrong ways. Yesterday I saw the show about "Gary and Rayna" and I think it was great they did it together. We want to have a baby but I feel that our weight is making that difficult. I'm so glad there is a show like this, like everyone else I would love to meet Paul and be on the show.

Paul's tough & he doesn't take excuses or crap from anyone. He never tells people what they want to hear but simply what they need to hear if there is any hope of the message getting through. His tough love approach is the only way to go. We could all do with a little Paul in our lives! Great show!!

Paul, I think you are great and give good advice. However, on your show you never give out a diet program that we all could follow. Can I have a three meal a day plan that I could follow to lose weight? I am 5ft. 2 1/2 in. and I am 62 yrs. can you help me

Cathy (cambriidge)
Thursday, 04 October 2007 22:48 PM EST

I would like to be able to do some of the exercises from the program, but you never show the complete exercise, only part of it. Would you be able to include the entire exercise for us to see, so that those of us that will never get to be on X-weighted could still benefit from it.

I would also like to echo the sentiments that others have already posted. I would like to see the exercises and the meal plans that each of the participants are given. This show is a great motivator but it's unfair to leave the audience out of the whole picture. Do you plan on adding this information to the site? Thank you.

With 30lbs to lose, I have become a faithful watcher of the show... I also would love to see a menu and exercise program for your audience of 50yrs and older. How would I be able to access Paul and his expertice in this area of fitness? Thank You

Paul is a great guy, he is my motivation. I just started on my own weight loss program. I weighed 120 pounds on my wedding 7 years ago and two weeks ago I weighed 180. I have been doing this for two weeks now lost seven pounds. I had some slips but everytime I feel bad I see another episode of X-Weigted. Let's keep this show going. I love it.

I was totally moved and inspired by JENNEIFER this past Friday /Saturday (Watched it both times it was on) and have decided to make the changes and steps necessary to get back into shape myself. What a Gorgeous woman - reguardless of here weight - just glowing and spunky! She worked very hard and got great results.

I MUST say I thought her boyfriends was of NO HELP , NOT SUPPORTIVE and frankly not WORTHY of this beautiful woman!! I think he was A LARGE part of the Problem - trying to get her to eat more stuff, so negative and just shallow. It's OBVIOUS that he either wants a super skinny HOTTIE to make himself feel better or sabbatoge Jennifer because he wants to make her feel like he's the best she'll ever get.
My husband and I really felt for Jennifer and honestly were disgusted with the boyfriend.
Great work Jennifer - you really have inspired me!

I love watching the show ! It gives me some inspiration that maybe one day I'll have enough guts to get it done and over with . I have struggled with my weight for 16 yrs , i'd lose 50 lbs , gained it all back lost another 45 lbs gained almost all of it back . By watching the show I hope that one day I can do it and it will stick'

This show has had a serious impact on me and my fitness goals. Watching people push themselves past what they think they're capable of has caused me to come to the realization that I can to! The defining moment for me was during one of my one hour power walks that I had had to cut short to 40 minutes because of time contraints, when the time came to leave, I didn't want to and I sacrificed something else so I could stay and finish up the additional 20minutes. I had the biggest smile on my face when I realized I wanted it and didn't take advantage of an excuse and quit!

I love watching X-Weighted!!! It really inspires me to keep with my exercise program. I wish the show could show a diabetic like myself. Since I`ve started to watch the show I only eat fresh meat, fresh vegetables & fruits. It`s the best way to take the weight off along with exercise twice a day.

I love watching x-weighted. I truly believe that the word "can't" is not in our vocabulary. We "can" make a difference in our lives by living a healthy and active lifestyle. There shouldn't be any excuses either. I've made so many excuses not to exercise and order in last minute unhealthy food for dinner or lunch. I still do it till this day but as of today I realized there is so much more to life than making excuses all the time. So I start my weight loss journey today, hoping to lose 30 pounds in 3 or more months.
I "can" do it! Thanks to x-weighted show - the people that go on the show, and Paul Plakas, you've inspired me!

I have been watching your program for a long time, and I wonder why we never see older people 60 and over, I am 65 and I need to loose a couple of pounds, and all the exercices I see its for younger people, what exercices can we do when your older. thanks for answering francinegrilli@hotmail.com

francine grilli
Thursday, 19 November 2009 22:14 PM EST

I agree with Francine - there never seems to be a show that focuses on older people. I used to be in better shape but have always had a problem with weight. I find as I age that it gets harder and harder to do simple things - would love to have Paul come to Kelowna and help me achieve regaining a sense of my younger self.  Thanks.
